  Article 37- Holy See- the State of One-Faith  
37.1 The Holy See- the State of One-Faith  
  By this Holy Covenant it shall be known that one and only one entity shall be known as the Holy See, being the State of One Faith of God as defined by this Covenant.  
  That all other organizations known as the Holy See are false and have no right to such title and shall cease to be recognized as having legitimacy.  
  That it shall be a primary goal of this Covenant that the true authority of the Holy See of One Faith of God shall be internationally recognized and all authorities and powers of false states previously claiming such title shall be ceded to One Faith of God.  
37.2 The Temporary Holy See  
  The current state, corporation on body known as the Holy See, also known as the Sancta Sedes and the Sedes Sacrorum and the SS located at The Vatican, Rome exists in its most primary form as a temporary body to the Permanent See, being the body of Christ, the living Patriarch and fulfilment of all scripture and prophecy.  
  This is acknowledge throughout the legal and spiritual apparatus of the Holy See, no less significant than the title of the Roman Pontiff being the Vicar of Christ and not the "Christ".  
37.3 Supreme Authority and Power of One-Faith-Of-God  
  By the power and authority of Article 133 of the Holy Covenant of One Heaven, the organisation of One-Faith-Of-God is granted by Supreme Deed the right to represent the interests of One-Heaven on Earth.  
  The Supreme Deed shall represent a sacred object, which is first properly authorized, secondly under the Seal of One Heaven and thirdly records the Covenants of authority of the Holy Covenant of One Heaven.  
  As such it shall be regarded as a Supremely sacred and valuable object, to be held with great veneration.  
  By ownership and authority of the Supreme Deed of One-Faith-Of-God, what is bound by the Patriarch according to his authority and the Covenant of One-Faith-Of-God shall also be recognized in One-Heaven. Similarly, what is stated in the Covenant of One-Heaven shall be recognized by the Patriarch and One-Faith-Of-God on Earth. In this way, both Heaven and Earth shall be bound together and shall never again be separated.  
37.4 Qualification of the Holy See  
  By the authority of this Covenant, only by the following criteria shall the Holy See of the One Faith of God shall be selected by Extraordinary Qualification, Special Qualification or Ordinary Qualification:  
  By Extraordinary Qualification  
  (i) That the Holy See shall be The Vatican in Rome when the candidate for Patriarch is the existing Roman Pontiff also known as His Holiness, also known as the Vicar of Christ, also known as the Servant of Servants, also known as the Bishop of Rome; and  
  (ii) That the current candidate, his Curia and all Bishops, Priests and Nuns have pledge their solemn oath and obedience to the commands of God as pronounced by this Covenant and the Covenant of One Heaven; and  
  (iii) That the current candidate acknowledges the validity of the Treaty of Lucifer and the command for all forces to rally to the healing of both Heaven and Earth united as one, with the end of Evil practices; and  
  (iv) That the date by the existing western Calendar is before December 21st 2012 or the 1st Great Conclave of One Heaven, whichever is first.  
  By Special Qualification  
  (i) That The Holy See shall be the home church of the candidate for Patriarch when the current candidate is the Patriarch of a major Christian Faith, or was recently a valid elected Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church having the approval of at least twelve other current or previous Cardinals of the Roman Catholic Church to be their representative; and  
  (ii) That the conditions for Extraordinary Qualification have expired with the existing Roman Pontiff refusing to acknowledge the most holy prophecy of the Mother Church, the Covenant of One Heaven, the Treaty of Lucifer and the command of God; and  
  By Ordinary Qualification  
  (i) That The Holy See shall be the home city of the Patriarch when the candidate currently holds the position of a (permanent) Cardinal, or is a Rabbi nominated by majority vote of a National Senate to stand as a candidate for office of Patriarch.  
37.5 All property attached to the Holy See is the property of the Holy See of One Faith  
  Whether by Extraordinary Qualification, Special Qualification or Ordinary Qualification, by authority of this Covenant by December 2012 all property hereto claimed as directly or indirectly attached to the Holy See, otherwise known as The Vatican, otherwise known as the Holy Roman Church, otherwise known as the Holy Apostolic Church is the property of the Holy See of One Faith of God.  
  Having provided the fair remedy prescribed by Divine Compassion to the existing government of the Holy See and failure to execute the remedy prepared by the deadline of December 2011 shall be their responsibility having been served proper notice.
