  Gnosticism
(Greek: Knosis = secret/hidden knowledge). A famous movement founded in the 2nd century CE by Valentinus (St Valentine), son of Josephus ben Matthias (St. Luke) using the only remaining copies of original Nazarene scriptures of Jesus and the disciples.
Key beliefs of gnostics were that knowledge can free the soul from being trapped by the evil in this world; that the priests only pretent to be good when in fact the Sadducee jewish priest families are ancient satanists; that the Jewish religion is a made-up religion from the 6th century BCE.
Gnostics were quickly the no#1 enemy of Paulinists, Boethusians and Tertullians. Once Christianity was officially formed from 325 CE, the destruction of gnostic thought became the primary occupation of the church for its 1st six hundred years.
